Job Overview

- Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and feedback.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in arenaflex's database.
- Assist customers with cash handling transactions as needed.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support office operations by performing administrative tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating patience and empathy
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (essential)
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks
