Overview

As a Customer Account Advisor with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, managing and updating customer accounts with accuracy, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to customers. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their queries.

  • Manage and update customer accounts with accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Resolve issues and provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Upsell or cross-sell services as needed, with incentive bonuses to motivate and reward high-performing team members.

Requirements

* Prior experience in Customer Service, CSR, Call Centers, or as a Customer Account Advisor, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM or support tools, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment, with a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's remote work requirements.
