Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, working closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our solutions.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary, and assist them in making informed decisions about their waterproofing needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support, staying up-to-date on the latest waterproofing technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

  • Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.

Experience

* 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with customers via live chat or other digital channels, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
