As a skilled and enthusiastic associate, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. You will learn about products using arenaflex's tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project. With a focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and teamwork, you will work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates to maintain a safe and shop-able environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Learn about products using arenaflex's tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
- Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring it is clean, shop-able, and safe
- Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
- Participate in sales and customer engagement initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
- Experience working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Certification in customer service or sales, or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
