Job Overview

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with our students, parents, and staff through live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries promptly and professionally. You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform, provide guidance and support to users navigating the online learning environment, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. You'll also collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.

Responsibilities

- Engage with students, parents, and staff through live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries promptly and professionally - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform - Provide guidance and support to users navigating the online learning environment - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive user experience - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Work effectively in a remote team environment, communicating regularly with colleagues and management

Requirements
