Job Overview

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a remote environment, engaging with customers through live chat, and providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance to resolve their queries. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries about bookings, schedules, and policies - Assist users in troubleshooting issues with online reservations and flight changes - Provide fast, friendly, and professional assistance to resolve questions - Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and support records - Coordinate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex issues - Follow communication scripts and customer service protocols - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge - Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications
