Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Product & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Kingsport, TN. As a key member of our sales and customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, recommending tech-forward products, and contributing to team-based projects. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Product & Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Comfortable standing/moving during the workday, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail or customer service experience is a bonus (but not required), although a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices is essential

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other sales and customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail or customer service, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, although training will be provided
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service (e.g. Certified Sales Professional, Certified Marketing Professional)
  • Experience working in a team-based environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and contribute to group wins
