As a Customer Service Liaison, you'll play a vital role in providing a superior level of customer service to all guests and staff entering or on the facility, supporting the goals and objectives of our facility in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient/staff satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Liaison, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a superior level of customer service to all guests and staff entering or on the facility
  • Supporting the goals and objectives of the facility in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient/staff satisfaction
  • Being proactive, flexible, and accommodating in responding to the needs of guests
  • Following through on guests' requests and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, requiring excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with guests and staff
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Liaison, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environment with cash-handling and reconciliation experience or customer service-related field
  • Excellent professional verbal/non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in product/service knowledge and responsive and attentive in the execution of client/vendor needs and concerns
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer service driven with time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • College-level business education
  • Bilingual
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
