Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries about bookings, schedules, and policies. Your primary duties will include: -

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance to resolve questions and issues. -

Troubleshoot issues:

Assist users in troubleshooting issues with online reservations and flight changes, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely support. -

Maintain accuracy:

Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and support records, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. -

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: -

High school diploma or equivalent -

Communication skills:

Typing speed:
