Job Summary

As an Integrated Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. Primary Responsibilities

* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry. Knowledge of shipping and transportation documents is highly desirable.
• Skills:

+ Accurate typing and spelling skills, with the ability to type 50 wpm with no errors. + Proficient with AS400, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures. + Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. + Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

• Other Requirements:

+ Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the US. + Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
