Experienced Full Stack Engagement Manager – Gen AI Project Delivery and Customer Success

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex Gen AI projects and programs, combining technical expertise with direction to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for our clients.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced technology program/project manager to lead the delivery of complex Gen AI projects and programs, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices. As an Engagement Manager, you'll bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes. You'll distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions, and contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Directing complex Gen AI proof-of-concepts, implementations, and enterprise adoption projects

• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
• Validating technical solutions against business goals, recognizing when additional technical evaluation is needed, and managing technical risks
• Achieving and maintaining relevant AWS certifications, developing domain-specific expertise, and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in technology program/project management, with a focus on Gen AI and cloud computing

• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices
• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, and machine learning
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Experience with technical documentation and documentation standards
• Relevant AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Gen AI and cloud computing, including AWS services and architectures

• Strong understanding of data analytics and machine learning concepts
• Experience with technical documentation and documentation standards
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices
