Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to our clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective customer support experience
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our clients' sensitive information
Requirements
