Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for leading and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with all support teams: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve exceptional results.
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll be required to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, which may be challenging for some individuals.
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You'll be required to stand and walk for extended periods, which may be challenging for some individuals.
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You'll work in an environment where the noise level can be loud, which may be challenging for some individuals.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
