Responsibilities

As an Experienced Sales Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing sales performance in specified regions
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

* Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in achieving sales goals

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in directing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and managers
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience in managing and developing talent, with a focus on performance management and development

* Experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of clinical and sales operations

  • Proven track record of success in launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts

  • Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
