Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Utilizing resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Identifying and escalating any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Providing feedback to management on common customer issues and suggesting improvements to processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A driven individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide solutions to customer issues
  • Experience in people management and strong emotional intelligence skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or communication role

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with live chat software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
