The Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their shopping experience. You'll utilize your exceptional communication skills to assist customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your role will require you to understand customers' needs, navigate our systems to find information quickly, and provide clear and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
