About the Role

As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for inspecting job briefs, gathering relevant materials, and typing documents according to predetermined standards. Your work will involve proofreading your documents to ensure error-free submissions, adhering to guidelines, and maintaining a high level of quality. You'll also be required to create digital copies of your tasks, download and install software updates, and ensure the security of your computer.

Responsibilities

Document Preparation: Source and organize pertinent raw data, including audio files, working documents, and research papers, to create high-quality typed documents.

  • Formatting and Editing: Format documents according to predetermined standards and edit your work to ensure error-free, consistent, and guideline-compliant submissions.
  • Communication and Clarity: Request clarity on assignment instructions, if needed, to ensure a clear understanding of the task requirements.
  • Digital Record Keeping: Create digital copies of all tasks in case of loss or theft, and maintain a secure digital record of your work.
  • Software Maintenance: Download and install important software updates to ensure you have the latest tools and features.
  • Computer Security: Ensure that your computer is password-protected and free from viruses at all times, maintaining a secure working environment.
  • Printing and Distribution: Print and distribute copies of your approved work, as required, to meet the needs of our team.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience as a data entry specialist is preferable.
