Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our services via online chat
  • Assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, service details, and company policies
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of chat conversations
  • Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their issues are resolved
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer service experience and providing feedback to management
  • Staying up-to-date on our services, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills with a focus on grammar and clarity
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
