What You'll Do

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with veterinary facilities: Arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests via phone and email.
  • Data entry and order processing: Accurately enter prescription information into our healthcare software and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary services team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of experience

in a customer-facing or healthcare setting.

  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving: Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, such as chatting with clients while researching on the computer and taking notes.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and order processing.
  • Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
  • Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license: Must be able to obtain and maintain a pharmacy professional license from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
  • Decision-making and adaptability: Ability to make sound decisions, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security and confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Background check: Must pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
