Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their inquiries and concerns, while upholding our core values and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with client and company policies and federal regulations

  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Follow strict work instructions, security verifications, and SOPs that may vary
  • Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures as needed
  • Meet expectations for all balance scorecard metrics; demonstrate improvement over time
  • Follow proper escalation and de-escalation procedures for unsolved customer requests
  • Maintain productivity in accordance with support program and company standards
  • Attend and participate in required training sessions
  • Follow all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures
  • Must keep all systems open and be responsive to management during working hours

Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and speaking skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
