Reality/Doc Editor / Story Editor for Short-For...
We need an editor who can shape 10-15 hours of documentary-style footage into ~10 short-form episodes (2-3 min each) for Instagram/TikTok. This is a storytelling job. You need to find the narrative in raw footage, build tension, pace reveals, and make an audience care about two strangers falling for each other through letters. Reality TV or documentary editing experience is what we're looking for. It also needs to feel native to social — strong hooks, punchy pacing, text on screen when needed. Cinematic but scroll-stopping. Footage includes: sit-down interviews (two cameras), verité of writing/reading letters, emotional reactions, self-shot diary cams, B-roll, and the in-person date. Tone: Warm, earnest, real. Not overproduced or ironic. Ideal background: Reality TV, documentary, docu-series, or narrative-driven branded content.
