Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating the treatment process. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you will have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while broadening your experience and opening the door to additional opportunities at arenaflex.
