As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. Job Summary As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to deliver training, support, and analysis to our clients. Your primary goal will be to proactively identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to USG and enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat * Collaborate with sales and account management teams to deliver training, support, and analysis to clients * Proactively identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's cloud-based platforms, including arenaflex EC2 and arenaflex S3 * Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Provide regular updates and feedback to management on client satisfaction and issue resolution * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, computer science) * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical or cloud-based environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in arenaflex Office and arenaflex Suite Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a cloud-based environment (e.g. arenaflex Web Services, arenaflex Azure) * Knowledge of arenaflex EC2 and arenaflex S3 * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. ITIL, CompTIA) * Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in arenaflex Office and arenaflex Suite * Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
