Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds via phone, email, and chat.
  • Flight-Related Queries: Provide assistance with baggage tracking, loyalty programs, and general flight-related queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Documentation: Document all interactions and actions taken in our customer service platform.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, promotions, and travel procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Personalized Experience: Deliver a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and customer service tools (previous experience with CRM software is a plus).
  • Reliability: A reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
