Qualified Candidates

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a strong desire to succeed. If you have:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize
• Natural people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
• A general knowledge of massage and skin care services, with a passion for total body care

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and helping everyone feel valued and understood
• Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Supporting clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Helping grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Maintaining the clinic through upkeep, cleaning, and preparations for your team
