Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our ticketing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to log into Ticketmaster accounts, update phone numbers, and progress to the next account in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Log into Ticketmaster accounts using provided credentials.

  • Accurately update phone numbers as directed.
  • Ensure all data is entered correctly and efficiently.
  • Progress to the next account once updates are completed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all account information.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve data entry skills and knowledge.
