Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and recording routine transactions for bank customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers by name, meeting their needs, and following up to ensure their satisfaction. Your friendly and high-quality assistance will help set us apart from the competition, making you an integral part of our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Opening new accounts and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers

  • Resolving client concerns and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up with clients as needed to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Making appropriate referrals to bank partners and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Understanding and utilizing banking software to process transactions efficiently
  • Processing transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Maintaining basic knowledge of consumer lending processes and products
  • Opening and closing the branch, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers
  • Participating in community activities and bank-appointed meetings to foster relationships and promote arenaflex's presence in the community
  • Adhering to bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality and upholding arenaflex's commitment to data protection
  • Possessing basic knowledge of account types, including DDA, SDA, CD, IRA, and other relevant products

Additional Responsibilities

* Performing any other duties as assigned by the Team Lead/Branch Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the branch and meet customer needs

Organizational Structure

* Reports to: Team Lead/Branch Manager

  • Collaborates with: Branch staff, internal teams, and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer needs

Qualifications

*

Required Knowledge/Skills:

+ At least 18 years of age + High school diploma or equivalent + Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experience + Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Outlook

Talents:

+ Strong numerical ability and attention to detail + Strong sales acumen and ability to meet customer needs + Excellent listening and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction + Customer service-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional experiences
