Job Summary

We're seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Schedule appointments based on availability and location

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced English language proficiency (written and verbal)

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with Skype or other video conferencing software
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages)
