Job Summary
As a Tax, Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, providing expert support and guidance on tax-related matters. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, prioritizing escalations, and liaising with partners to ensure seamless customer experiences. If you have a strong background in tax preparation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert support and guidance on tax-related matters to customers and partners
- Resolve complex issues and prioritize escalations in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with partners to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and informed support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation, preferably with a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Tax Preparer certification
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Empathetic and dependable, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
