Experienced Part-Time Customer Care Representative – Building Strong Relationships with arenaflex Customers

Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you'll work a minimum of 29 hours per quarter, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7am to 4pm CST. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, electronic correspondence, and written communication
  • Offering expert product guidance to support organizational objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records in our database system
  • Analyzing customer communication to offer tailored sales recommendations
  • Responding to electronic and written correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Extracting mail and performing scanning processes as necessary
  • Directing inbound calls to the appropriate department or service
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all work-related information

Key Responsibilities:

* Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including safety guidelines

  • Utilize electronic time management systems to input time and attendance
  • Maintain status to accept telephone and electronic constituent orders and requests
  • Listen to and analyze customer communication to offer appropriate sales recommendations
  • Input customer requests into the database system
  • Research and review billing, product, or shipping questions
  • Follow-up with constituents as necessary
  • Read and analyze incoming e-mails and correspondence
  • Extract mail and perform scanning processes as necessary
  • Accept and direct inbound calls to the appropriate department or service

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience at arenaflex, preferably in the call-center environment
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including phone skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Intermediate end-user of MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Proficient with internet research and mobile device applications
  • Intermediate end-user of database systems to maintain client account information
  • Excellent keyboarding skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (Spanish and English) skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages

  • Human resources skills testing in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Spanish-English translation skills, if indicated
