Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Working directly with customers in a retail store environment to educate them on products and services, and completing the sales process with qualified customers
  • Utilizing exceptional customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
  • Participating in the sales process, account set up, client management training, and onboarding process
  • Collaborating with the Management team to establish and surpass customer service and sales goals for the team, driving revenue growth for our clients
  • Communicating professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot issues swiftly and efficiently
  • Staying up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience

  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales, with a proven track record of success
  • The ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease, working with a diverse group of people
