Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Director to lead our customer sales efforts in the South Region. As a key leader within arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering business results across assigned territory, leading a cross-functional team, and negotiating annual agreements to ensure alignment and execution to achieve aggressive business targets. You'll provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues and deliver arenaflex annual goals. This role requires a strong track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers, with a focus on Publix and SEG customers.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Sales Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Development: Lead a team of direct reports to manage HEB, Brookshire, K-VA-T Food City, and Military Channel customers. Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers, delivering key business and financial metrics.
  • System Leadership: Participate in all system routines as needed to provide customer updates, including annual plan targets and elements, and on-going customer performance updates and action plans to deliver annual plans.
  • Cross Functional Communication and Collaboration: Provide on-going updates on customer plan results and opportunities to arenaflex management, participate in key cross-functional routines to provide on-going plan updates, and ensure flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives.
  • Organizational Development: Leverage all cross-functional resources to deliver best-in-class capabilities to customers, including selling stories, consumer and customer marketing, and insights, and revenue growth management plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

8+ years of direct sales experience

in the CPG industry, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers.

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

.

Located in Southeast or Texas

, with recent Publix and SEG experience preferred.

DSD beverage background

preferred.

Self-motivated and highly organized

, with a strong desire to produce results and an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed.

Ability to quickly assess the needs of the business

, develop an action plan, and manage the required change.

Strong data and insights knowledge and skills

, with a solid understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data.

Substantial travel

(30% if based in FL area; 50% outside of territory) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories.

Valid driver's license

and ability to drive long distances.

Compensation and Benefits

* Base pay: $169,000 - $196,000, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30, indicating performance at target.
