Your Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Banking Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Request Fulfillment: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required.

What We're Looking for

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT/network certifications or degrees are preferred.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Call Center Experience: Proven call center experience is essential.
  • Typing Speed: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Independence: You will need to be able to work independently in a virtual team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Composure: You must be able to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills are essential for this role.
  • Virtual Team Environment: You will need to be able to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
