What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely support for their inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving concerns. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately, and you'll maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels

  • Assist customers with inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving concerns promptly

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience working in a remote environment a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
