Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering after-hours phone calls from customers and scheduling appointments with on-call technicians
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services, and tracking account changes
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed, such as answering customer questions and scheduling appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience
Work Schedule
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, and you'll have the opportunity to work remotely after completing the first month of training in the office.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment
- Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions
- Highly organized and able to produce orderly, precise, and efficient work
- Career-oriented and motivated to advance in the customer service industry
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the HVAC industry or a related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other dispatching tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and technicians
