Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers across various states, including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information and reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock
- Placing orders for customers and checking inventory
- Processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using established guidelines
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
