Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent/Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and performance targets

Responsibilities in Detail

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner: + Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. + Use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services:

+ Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions. + Assist customers with product or service-related issues, such as troubleshooting, setup, or configuration.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers:

+ Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to arenaflex's products and services. + Provide solutions to customers, either by resolving the issue directly or escalating it to a technical support specialist.

  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed:

+ Document customer interactions, including conversations, emails, and chat logs. + Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the support they received.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
