What You'll Be Doing
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders: Quickly and efficiently enter orders while ensuring accuracy before shipment.
- Supporting the sales team: Assist with packaging and organizing kickoff materials for fundraisers.
- Maintaining shipping logs: Track and document shipments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Contributing to team success: Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Is This You?

- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with accuracy
- Punctuality and reliability
- Currently enrolled in college/university (preferred, but not required)

- Organized, detail-oriented, and love problem-solving
- Want to make a difference and work for an ethical company
Extra Credit (Not Required, But a Plus!)
While not required, having experience with the following skills will definitely give you an edge:
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, or Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with MS Access, HTML, Craft CMS, JavaScript, Squarespace, SQL, or IT support
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable setting up PCs, monitors, and printers
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus!

- Schedule: Flexible Part-Time, Monday-Friday, Day Shift
