Job Summary

As a Workforce Management Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer base. You will work closely with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour, with flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and analyze service levels, call volumes, and customer inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Create accurate forecasts and schedules that align with business needs
  • Collaborate with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to customers
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
  • Train new employees on workforce management processes and tools
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure that customer service representatives are adequately staffed during peak times

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in workforce management, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team leaders and customer service representatives
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with workforce management software and tools, such as Workforce Management (WFM) systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Amazon's customer service operations and policies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Certification in Workforce Management or a related field
