Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients
  • Assisting the team with back-end tasks, such as invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients
  • Proactively managing the order process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing data and information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that arenaflex remains a leader in the mortgage industry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

  • Experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and services
  • Call center experience is not a requirement, but experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
