Responsibilities

As an Experienced Fraud Customer Support Senior Specialist – 3rd Shift at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling routine customer fraud inquiries using critical thinking skills to address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience.
  • Breaking down customer information into manageable components while demonstrating empathy and understanding, fostering a positive relationship with each customer.
  • Utilizing active listening skills to apply analytical reasoning during customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Navigating multiple arenaflex systems to understand issues and assess outcomes related to fraud inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and procedures.
  • Documenting proposed solutions and next steps clearly in multiple systems to gain customer consent, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Providing accurate claims processing and maintaining claim records using established procedures, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and integrity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • General PC troubleshooting and navigation skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
