Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls while providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation through an automated dialer
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 callers may qualify
  • Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • A quiet, distraction-free space to work
  • A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This Is Not For You If:

If you're unable to:

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Work 40+ hours per week, each week
  • Handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you're connected with a viable caller
  • Use problem-solving skills
  • Work the full training period (90 days)
  • Work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation:

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
