Your Day-to-Day As a Technical Customer Support Specialist on our evening shift, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and email, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate support. * Interpreting and finetuning the customer success process and performance to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborating with our technical team to understand IT business logic and provide informed solutions to customer queries. * Building and developing customer relationships that turn clients into advocates for arenaflex. * Working alongside your team to resolve complex customer issues and provide reliable information. Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. * Ability to work full-time during the evening shift (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM) in a hybrid working model. * Energy, empathy, and understanding – showing clients that they're valued and important. * A growth mindset, with a desire to learn and develop new skills. * A helpful and humble personality, with a commitment to practicing what we preach – being helpful not only to our clients but also to others. Salary and Benefits We offer a competitive gross salary of 1200-1700 EUR/month, with the flexibility to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
