Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify key business issues and develop data-driven solutions. With a strong focus on collaboration and communication, you'll be responsible for presenting findings to a wide range of audiences and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key business issues and develop data-driven solutions
• Presenting findings to a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Working in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources
• Make arrangements from initial concept to production with moderate supervision
• Communicate results to a wide range of audiences
• Work in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
