Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Providing chat and email support to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and updating support articles to ensure our knowledge base is comprehensive and up-to-date
  • Managing billing, refund, and cancellation processes on payment platforms
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
  • Analyzing user test videos to understand how customers perceive our product and services
  • Proactively managing our support team using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and other collaboration platforms
  • Identifying and solving complex customer issues, providing creative solutions to drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our development team to ensure our product and services meet customer needs
  • Helping customers use our proxy services effectively, providing training and support as needed
  • Participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team growth and development

Requirements

To succeed as a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with experience in languages like Python, Java, or C++
  • An IT-related background, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
