Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone. You will be assigned specific accounts and will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls from 3rd party customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs
  • Assign specific accounts and provide customer service to those accounts
  • Accept payments, verify account information, and make updates or changes to account information, such as billing or contact info
  • Inform customers regarding incentives or upgrades that they are eligible for
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality, with a strong willingness to help people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
