We are currently seeking a Lead Outcomes Researcher to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Lead Outcomes Researcher at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and analyzing outcomes research studies aimed at assessing the real-world effectiveness of healthcare interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of outcomes research studies, including the development of study protocols and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify relevant patient outcomes and endpoints.
  • Analyze real-world data sources such as electronic health records and claims databases to generate insights into treatment patterns and outcomes.
  • Interpret and communicate research findings to internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of publications and presentations for scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals.

Your profile

  • University degree in Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field. P.hD Strongly Preferred.
  • Extensive experience in outcomes research within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS, R, or Stata.
  • Strong understanding of study design principles, observational research methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
