Key Responsibilities
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Schedule and Flexibility
As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to choose your own hours and work at your own pace.
Earnings and Revenue
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
