About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text communication. You'll work closely with our clients and their customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide clear verbal and written communications. You'll also be responsible for updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide best-in-class customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, chat, and text communication

  • Meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
  • Utilize CRM system for technical inquiries and follow-up for customer resolution
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
  • Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content
  • Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
