Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time Entry at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Coordinate and oversee data entry projects: You will be responsible for ensuring all data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time across various departments.
  • Input, update, and maintain data: You will input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems, ensuring consistency and integrity of data across all systems.
  • Review and verify data: You will review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement data entry procedures: You will develop and implement data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that data entry processes are streamlined and effective.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve data: You will organize, store, and retrieve data and documentation as needed for reports and analysis, ensuring that all data is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with team members: You will communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date.
  • Provide support and training: You will provide support and training to other team members on data entry processes and software, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Monitor progress and provide status updates: You will monitor the progress of data entry tasks and provide status updates to managers, ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Assist with report preparation: You will assist with the preparation of reports, summaries, and other documentation as required, ensuring that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with further education or certification in data management being a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry: You will need to have previous experience in data entry, data management, or administrative coordination, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience with data entry software and databases: You will need to have experience with data entry software and databases, with a preference for experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other similar systems.
